The Bank of Canada increased its benchmark interest rates by another quarter of a per cent point (0.50%), up to 1.5 per cent from 1.0 per cent, on June 1, 2022. It is the third raise this year. As
a result, we announced that variable interest rates of any loan or
mortgage products are raised by 0.25% point effective on June 1, 2022. |
